1.1 Digital Nature of Services: All services provided by Touchstone Media are digital in nature. There is no physical shipping involved. Upon completion, the deliverables will be provided electronically via email, online platforms, or other agreed-upon digital delivery methods.

1.2 Completion Timeframes: We strive to deliver our services within the agreed timeframe. However, the completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the responsiveness of the client. Specific delivery times will be discussed and agreed upon at the commencement of each project.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Gateway: Payments for our services are processed through Razorpay, a secure and reliable payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions, which can be found on their official website.

2.2 Payment Schedule: Clients are required to make full payment upfront for one-time services. For ongoing services, such as social media management, payments are typically made monthly in advance. Custom payment schedules may be arranged upon mutual agreement.

2.3 Taxes and Fees: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any additional fees charged by their bank or payment provider.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

3.1 No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the service has been initiated or delivered. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Provision of Information: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and feedback required for the successful completion of services. Delays in providing this information may result in extended delivery times.

4.2 Approval and Revisions: Clients will be given the opportunity to review and approve deliverables. Any requests for revisions must be made within 7 days of delivery. Additional fees may apply for significant changes or revisions beyond the initial scope of work.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

5.1 Confidentiality: Touchstone Media respects the confidentiality of our clients. Any sensitive information provided by the client will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.

5.2 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights for the deliverables created by Touchstone Media will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Touchstone Media retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Quality: While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Touchstone Media makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes of our services. The client acknowledges that digital marketing and media coverage results may vary.

6.2 Liability Cap: Touchstone Media's total liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Touchstone Media operates.

7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
